I’m Diana, the photographer behind the lens at Bartos Creative.
My camera is my tool for storytelling, and I paint emotional moments by searching for spaces with composition and light to be ready for candid moments to unfold.
I’ve been a photographer for 15 years and I love how my camera allows me to connect to people and places in this world. Spending time with my clients before, during, and after our shoots allows me to get to know what makes each individual a beautiful human. I get to showcase that beauty through my art and it’s one of the best feelings in life.
My athletic personality enables me to get into all the funky positions to nail the shot so you can laugh at how I’ve got it covered. I try to bring uplifting vibes to my shoots so that magic can happen what everyone is comfortable and having a good time.
My style is slightly journalistic, my approach isn’t too staged. It feels intuitive. The colors I choose during my editing process often depend on combinations of lighting quality, location, wardrobe, and mood of my clients. The colors tend to be rich and bold, similar to films such as Kodak Ektar 100 and Portra 400. The warmth and exposure choices are often true to scene.
